As you wrote your comment on a public forum I can judge it any which way I want, and Im saying that such a comment was completely necessary!

Honestly, he was out of tune for the half of his performance. Two notes lower than he should. I am affraid he might have not hear himself - he is not an amateur. I could miss it if I had no musical background, but I was just shocked at the beginning

yes he had a technical probleme with his earing thinghie, it's what the french commentator said when someone went to checked him after he was done on stage. It's also why Amaury took it off quickly after he ended his song.

He should ask for one more performance then. I was in deep shock that his performance was so bad. He is such a great opera singer, I thought this could have been technical problem, wasn't even thinking he could mess it because of stress... so unfair to France! Thank you Germany...

I must say I was not a fan of the song, 1: Opera is not my thing but I respect people who can work their voice so that they can sing in that way - 2: Opera doesn't fit in eurovision and that showed tonight i have facepalm'd the last couple of weeks seeing that France was favorite... BUT That this finish under JEDWARD AND SAADE IS A DAMN SHAME!! I)

It was very underrated indeed. I can't believe the Irish cone-heads scored higher. And I don't understand how Azerbaijan won with such a poor performance.

I'm sorry for France, but I wouldn't want them to leave the contest.

Rank 15 for the bookies favorite who had odds of about 2.0 last afternoon... well, what do you call this?

The only words I can think of are: EPIC FAIL (for both France and the bookies... do these guys still know how to do their job? doesnt look like it... second failure in a row at predicting the winner)

So if France wants win next year do this:
A romantic song (Azerbaijan): Girls just vote for this kind songs. I’m sorry but they do. They don’t care about Opera or anything they just want LOVING SONG.
Or a song with full of passion (Sweden): kids vote for this kind of music
Yes there is not all professional voter many people vote for fun. Not for understanding music.
I’m not agree, they must send Davud Guetta because Eurovision viewer don’t care about professional or amateur singers (Just like Azerbaijan many people even didn’t know them).

The performance wasn't good enough for opera and as I had been anticipating all along people just wouldn't get it.

Better luck next time. ^^

His live performance and singing itself wasn't good. I wanted to vote for Amayry 5 times but voted once instead because of my dissapointing. If there were some technical problems they should required new try as Spain did with much less hindrances.:cry::cry:

It was obvious that there was technical problems...it is impossible a singer like this do so many mistakes, and it was obvious from his attitude that there were problems.I had a feeling after the first 30 seconds of the song that he would give up and go backstage cause he couldn't listen well!Instead of this he continued and he finished it!I am angry of what happened, cause it was unfair for him!He was far better on the rehearsals, and the rehearsals shows that he is a great singer!I wonder why all this happened...I expected much better place, and a different winner this year!!!This song is a poem,a magic sound included a talent voice!
Amaury even if things didn't go as you hope, don't worry,I am sure you'll have a great career!
