Hint: Virginia is not my name
I'm not afraid to admit that this staging was hilarious to me; I literally laughed out loud several times. Here's the thing: I completely forgot to pay attention to the song. The good thing about that is I missed weak vocal moments (if there were any). The bad thing is that, well, I wasn't listening to the song. For those who fall in the same camp as me during the final, it'll come down to whether it's funny enough to outshine other entries

Was i the only one bothered how messed up the camera angles were and that we saw his nude-coloured underwear SEVERAL times?

They executed this so great in the national final but there were so many mistakes (or do we think thats how it was supposed to be?)

I had a good laugh and I don't hate the entry, but I prefer when the joke is an added benefit and not the central focus of the performance (unless it's an excellent joke, which this wasn't to me). Honestly I'd rather see something different from :fi:.

Well, you will see hit and miss entries from us, mostly miss. But I prefer our quirky style to the probably AI generated absolutely calibrated and calculated songs from our Western neighbour, that whole nation's efforts are aimed at winning the Eurovision. Well, maybe apart from this year... :)

What is this garbage, obviously the music is bad but this even fails at being funny. You get a chuckle the first couple seconds after seeing the outfits and then it just becomes gradually more cringe every second. Why did people vote for this???

I am delighted this song is through. Definitely not a fan of the staging but the song is just so catchy...it had to make it through.

I don't expect a lot in the final because of the juries but it deserved to be heard one more time.

Well, you know, what the hell... They were probably drunk when coming up with this song :) Unlike a certain other country we don't calculate and polish our entries to death ending up with a perfectly aimed, perfectly effective and perfectly soulless euro song.

Staging hilarious.
Song was not that great.

I'm sad entries like wholesome Iceland, intense and beautiful Azerbaijan, and my own country missed out because this one got in instead. :( Oh well. Happens every year!

The semi definitely felt a bit heavy at times and then came Finland and I wouldn't be the biggest fan if the whole contest was filled with entries like this, but it really felt like a breath of fresh air, a reminder to laugh and let go. I'm sure it brought many people so much joy and that's important. Seen it a few times but still makes me chuckle. I definitely have hated joke acts in the past that at least partly poked fun at the competition, but tbh in the end this feels like an artistically genuine, authentic, creative performance that's meant to entertain and simultaneously inspire people to feel liberated with the sincerest intentions.

I went from actually hating this to not being that bothered by it.
I get why people would enjoy this, just not my cup of tea. But it brings variety to the lineup and it did bring out a few laughs out of me, condescending ones, but still.

I personally didn't vote for No rules! in the national selection, but it was a strong second best for me, and I fully support the choice we made. This performance is very traditionally Finnish, in a way someone could say that the song from France this year is very French. We embrace the cringe here, our sense of humour is on the stranger side, and this song could have (and probably would have) hit the charts even without being our ESC song. Like Teemu Keisteri (aka Windows95man) said after the semifinal performance, "this is Finland".

We send songs, which we like, and every once in a while, what we like somehow resonates with other Europeans. It's an added bonus, but not the main objective. I've been watching the ESC since mid 80s, and every time we try to send songs we think would do well in the contest, we fail miserably. When we pick the song we like the most, at least we can be happy about our pick.

I think Henri Piispanen does an excellent job with the vocals. Teemu Keisteri is the artist behind the entire performance, and I think his ability to look effortlessy cringey on purpose, while bringing a smile to our faces, is something to applaud. For some, this song might be just trash, but if that is the case, I'm glad to be trashy.

I think they and the show improved a lot from NF. Better singing, better staging, better camera angles. I'm not much to 90s or to this type of humor, and the staging neither vibrate on personal level with me but I still think they did very well, and I like the positive vibe in this. And if someone can sing, I appreciate, like Henri can. Imo, some positive/humorous entries are good to have in ESC but I much require that there is an able singer on the stage.

This would be a good choice for strip club show, but not for the Europe song contest level . This is song context and now I see people competition is moved to the who can get more naked on the scene. I would suggest him to show it to his daughter first if he thinks it is funny. But it is not. It is just freaky.

You must remember we are the nation of sauna, nudity is not hugely shocking here, rather natural actually. Anyway he's not really bottomless, no need for smelling salt :)
