Well, I decided to rank the winners according to my preferences and see what happens. ;D
First up, the ones I really really like:

Luxembourg 1973 'Tu te reconnaîtras'
I'm not sure why but every time I think there's a different esc winner that would usurp her I'm proven wrong.
2.
Serbia 2007 'Molitva'
Hated this at first due to my love for Verka but now I love it.
3.
Finland 2006 'Hard Rock Hallelujah'
One of the only times my actual favorite of a particular contest won it. Beyond ecstatic when they won
4.
Israel 1978 'A-Ba-Ni-Bi'
Surprised myself to see it this high on my list. But I absolutely love it.
5.
France 1977 'L'oiseau et l'enfant'
Lovely.
6.
Luxembourg 1965 'Poupée de cire, poupée de son'
Always disliked it but after a while, couldn't help but like it.
7.
Monaco 1971 'Un banc, un arbre, une rue'
They were better songs in that year but I still love the song.
8.
Austria 2014 'Rise Like a Phoenix'
Though not my fav this year, it was in my top since the beginning. Maybe it will drop a little after a while but until now.
9.
Luxembourg 1972 'Après toi'
I like her other entry way(!) more but this is still lovely.
10.
Ireland 1980 'What's Another Year'
He had to make it into the top10.
11.
Denmark 1963 'Dansevise'
Love it!
12.
Ireland 1987 'Hold Me Now'
This is played in the restaurant I work in and of course I sing along every time!
13.
Sweden 2012 'Euphoria'
This win was not surprising although they were other songs I liked as well that year.
14.
Ireland 1994 'Rock 'n' Roll Kids'
My favourite of Ireland's winning streak. Simple as that.

Sweden 1991 'Fångad av en stormvind'
Love it!

France 1962 'Un premier armour'
Also very lovely

Norway 2009 'Fairytale'
A bit overplayed but still good.

Turkey 2004 'Everyway That I Can'
Loved it back then.

Israel 1979 'Hallelujah'
Also a very nice year.

Luxembourg 1961 'Nous les amoureux'
Like it.

UK 1967 'Puppet on a String'
Hated this song as a child (was on my first CD ever) but grew to like it.

Italy 1964 'Non ho l'età'
Nice.

Switzerland 1956 'Refrain'
Ditto.

UK 1978 'Save Your Kisses for Me'
I like it sometimes but sometimes it annoys me a little...
25.
Germany 2010 'Satellite'
Loved it when it was first selected but overplayed song is quickly overplayed. Still from time to time.

Denmark 2013 'Only Teardrops'
Dislike it when I don't hear it but when it plays I like it... strange..
27.
Estonia 2001 'Everybody'
First ecs I watched, first fav, first win. So of course I like it, although many don't agree with me. Call it guilty pleasure if you will.

Don't know why but I never got the enthusiasm for this songs. It's okay but by no means my favorite. Though I don't dislike it. Just indirrent to it I guess.

UK 1981 'Making Your Mind Up'
Loved this as a child but now I still enjoy it while laughing at it. Somewhat.
30.
UK 1969 'Boom-Bang-a-Bang'
This would be my winner in 69.

Yugoslavia 1989 'Rock Me'
Guilty pleasure. Simple as that!

Denmark 2000 'Fly on the Wings of Love'
Was a very often played radio song (Still is? idk...) But I like it.

Belgium 1986 'J'aime la vie'
Another guilty pleasure.

the Netherlands 1975 'Ding-a-dong'
There were better songs that year. But I listen to it.
35.
France 1958 'Dors, mon armour'
Still growing on me.
36.
Austria 1966 'Merci, Chérie'
My favorite esc year until now. there were so many good songs, unfortunately as much as I like Udo this is just average.

Norway 1995 'Nocturne'
This is nice but I always forget it exists.

Also growing on me.

Italy 1990 'Insieme: 1992'
Cheesy but okay.

Don't know why but somehow I do not particularly like Greek esc entries.

I love Norwegian entries, even some of the 'nul points' ones but this... no.

Just annoying to me. I love cheesiness but this not so much.

Germany 1982 'Ein bisschen Frieden'
Over-barring and cliche. But a deserved win I would say since the year was very weak in my opinion...

There were so many better songs. This is just...

No. Uk and the Netherlands were better.

Sweden 1974 'Waterloo'
Surprised to see them this low? Well, knowing my taste I should like this but sadly I don't. In fact I can't stand any of their music. Even as a child, before I knew of Eurovision this was not my cup of tea.

UK 1997 'Love Shine a Light'
Sorry again. But this is not for me.
55.
Spain 1969 'Vivo Cantando'
In my opinion the worst of the four winners from 69.

Luxembourg 1983 'Si la vie est cadeau'
Very 'whiny' sounding.

Russia 2008 'Believe'
his other entry was so much better. But this one. No!

Sweden 1984 'Diggi-Loo Diggi-Ley'
Nice choreographed dance and those shoes are lovely. The song - NO!

Israel 1998 'Diva'
Sorry again. But I dislike this. She looks lovely but she just doesn't sound pleasant to me. It's nice that she won but that song....
The ones I really dislike and wouldn't have chosen as a winner at all costs:

Azerbaijan 2011 'Running Scared'
There were better Azeri entries before and after their win. But this one was terrible. They couldn't hit the notes or their harmonies and it was simply baffling how they made it that far. At least to me.
61.
Ireland 1970 'All Kinds of Everything'
This one activates my rage mode every time I hear it. It's just to high pitched and unpleasant.

Latvia 2002 'I Wanna'
