they were part of a video of some singers/tv personalities/people of Liverpool introducing the city as well as coming up with strong words "unity, come together.. etc."

Eurovision 2023: Allocation Draw results

Which Semi-Final is your favourite country competing in? The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 Semi-Final Allocation Draw took place in St George’s Hall, Liverpool, alongside a ceremony which saw the Host City insignia pass from previous hosts Turin to our British friends.
