Odds are very stable. Bookies say it's done. Mostly because all the good jury songs (France, Spain, Italy) were done bad in the jury show or like Spain and Italy aren't very Eastern-Europe friendly. Loreen prob won't win with Salvador Sobral numbers. But 585-620.
Ukraine and Croatia getting a lot of televotes as well will prob not help Finland and Norway who without those votes could come within 25-50 points of Loreen. Still: If Ukraine isn't top 5 after jury votes. Loreen could lose to Finland. That is the only way.

And Godd*amn UK prob has saved Albania and Portugal from becoming last.
