And Hungary will probably keep A Dal, though as they haven't qualified for the first time in quite some years it could perhaps change. But I doubt, it's a pretty solid format.

A Dal is likely getting an overhaul. Hungarians were, from what I've understood, pretty outraged by the events that transpired.

Isn't it a bit too early to have the first page updated?

The vote just means that Kosovo isn't able to become a full member soon but it's still possible for Kosovo to get invited by the Reference/Steering Group (like Australia).
I know it's very unlikely but that vote today isn't a definite "no", officially.
