Eesti laul 2nd semi is on 21st february. Melodifestivalen 4th semi is not on 21st, but 22nd. Also Eesti laul participants are announced on 13th of December.

Who knows. In Portugal, the shows airing on the night of December 31st are usually the finals of reality and talent shows, and they do amazing on ratings.

Armenia, FYR Macedonia, and I think Georgia will announce their songs in February. Additionally, Spain will celebrate its NF this month.
