I am pleasantly surprised, vocals were pretty good...love the background singers they are doing an amazing job.
No real movements from Lena, she is focusing on singing and her little 'silly dance' (silly in a good way).
It's going to be tough competing against those songs with a kickass performance but maybe with good camera work, who knows what's going to happen.

I don't understand how anyone could be disappointed with this rehearsal. I think it was certainly better than what you could expect, certainly if you seen some of her live performances.

Everything depends on the camera work however, and whether or not the Norwegian director 'gets' her. Lena's camera performance on the Unser Star für Olso shows was perfect, but if they use too much wide shoots or close ups at awkward moments this could easily become a mess.

I fully agree. She did a good job, and so did the background singers. But both camera work and lighting need a lot of improvement.

Who believed in 2005, when all big 4 countries and the host went last, that five years later, Germany comes to be one of the hottest contenders to win ESC?

And this might be two very good weeks for the Germans...tonight Champions League-final, Bayern München vs. Inter, Germany playing about medals in Ice Hockey World Cup and Eurovision. Think what happens if they do well in all three of them!

The German delegation announced that they are going to request more close-ups, but at least until tomorrow the rest of the performance remains unchanged.

Not sure about the dress though! Nobody knows what she is going to wear on the big night.

I can't think that is her final dress. But I think we need more Color in the Background. A little bit red or a beautiful orange.
The bluelights looks great but I miss a little bit of color.
