Well, "Human" was a pre-finalist while "Yes" was not, but I guess this has nothing to do with musical options of the broadcaster

The good thing about Yes: It has a really good chance of qualifying.
The bad thing about Yes: It has no real chance of winning the whole contest.

With the right live performance, Human could go really far, but it could also fail early on.

''Human'' is very t/v friendly but juries won't like that much. Could get a result like Rasmussen in 2018!

Totally agree with you. Say yes is so danish its mid tempo from the zeros like All night long, Im talking to you and shame on you. the most surprising thing is that Lise Cabble didnt wrote it. I think say yes can make it in to the final, if we get more ballads from other countries. Human is all about the corus, witch makes Human "lifting" but with out some acting during the performance it might not quarlify for the final and we would be better off with say yes. The most surprising thing about Human: Lise Cabble wrote it!!.

I'm really curious about the staging. Human could be epic, if staged right.

Denmark will forever be a country whose songs I just don't like. They are potentially my least favorite country ever. But my god this selection of songs inflicts physical pain. It's all too white and flavorless.

My wishes for the running order:

2. "Yes"
10. "Human"

@Gera11 was faster :ROFLMAO:

I'm not a fan of Denmark in the contest too tbh, last year they came bottom 5 in my ranking and in 2017 they were close to it... "Only Teardrops" is my 3rd least favorite winning act the last decade too...

Denmark 2018 is 🔥🔥 for me though and 2020 won't be bad if "Yes" is selected instead of "Human" I think, it's an interesting entry... If "Human" goes to Rotterdam, well, U know...

I'm ready for the disappointment tbh, this has been a weird year for my taste, where some of the countries I expect sth failed to impress me (Estonia whyyyy??) and some of the ones I expect nothing are very high on me... Maybe the most unexpected thing was that a song sung by a teenager, with a really enigmatic title and composed by Kontopoulos is one of my favorites of the year... :ROFLMAO:

Please Denmark... I don't know why I still have faith

Agree with you, and I'm really not proud of my country in ESC...

For instance, in 2016 we chose "Lighthouse X" over this:

Im starting to think that we will be better off with sun & tan who says yes than a etno pop act. With Human we will be op against Belarus Grease. With sun and tan we will stand out from the rest

Tbh your country has a very impressive Eurovision record, I think my problem (and maybe yours too) is personal...

Just look at my country then :ROFLMAO: 2017 was unforgettable, checking the odds every day and seeing that outcome in the end... I will never feel be so proud of my country again

Apart from that, we had uncompetitive entries before that year, and I expected that to be a turning year but it definitely wasn't... There are many new fans but the mentalities of most of the casual viewers are either too positive or too negative... I just wished that was different :(

Well Maja Og De Sarte Sjæle - Den eneste goth i Vejle seems to have some popularity (one of the few of my favourites that does). Song that is simple and catchy enough to be popular, while managing to show some native style (and language obviously). Maybe it's because it's from Scandinavia that some are more open to it.
