Danmark is right in the middle among our neighbours for me, they usually send something that is so-so.
But most of our neighbours aren't really any better at sending songs I like.

Totally agree (see the review in my blog). For me, there's Dansevise in 1963, Twist of Love in 2006 and that's it.

Funny to hear that from a swede.
I don't like our entries that much either, but imo Sweden hasn't been any better. Only good entry was The Ark, most of the other entries have been stuck to the traditional schlager mind-set. Yet we are still the ones being accused for being unoriginal all the time.

I do think we'll qualify again, but we won't end any higher than the middle in the final. And even if we do end in top-10 it will all be thanks to Soluna's appearance on stage. I find the song pretty mediocre and harmless heard in the radio, but added a visual dimension the entry manages to grab my attention.

Totally agree (see the review in my blog). For me, there's Dansevise in 1963, Twist of Love in 2006 and that's it.

For me Iceland is the worst (overall) though.
