:lt: is clearly the dark horse I think. Also :az: might do very well, they pretty much always do though ;)

I also think, that :ie: can do well this year. Definitley not the victory, but it should be the qualification for the final and a good place there.
Also :md: will do better than expected imo.

My perception this year is that what is good for the Eurovision Bubble is not that good for the unaffiliated, casual viewer at home.

So, anything that is cheesy, plastic or dramatic gets overhyped by Eurofans but falls completely flat with regular people, who don't care about the latest ESC gossip but just for the music.

By that I mean Austria, even more so Ireland or Denmark and other countries could pull a shock win or at least a Top 10.

I really feel that :ie: or :dk: have that strong casual appeal that could carry them to the top. They deserve the Common Linnet award this year. They are the overlooked gems this year.

On the other hand, I feel now that :cz: is way too dramatic to pull off a good result and the duet really comes along like a "The Voice" battle.

The most popular bet is Finland at the moment with 16/1. I think that tells us something as well. I wouldn't be surprised if they win.

Oh, I almost forgot about :al:

I still think :au: might be fighting for a top 3.

Surely :az: will get another very good result as well. Elnur is a good singer, he is a goodlooking guy - and Azerbaijan will make every effort to stand out on stage.

Denmark a gem? The song is always repeating the same thing through the 3 minutes, it might start good but it ends up so annoying in the end.
And I really don't know where all the cheese and plastic is in this year's edition of Eurovision to be honest.
