Alright her vocals are not good but they are not a disaster too. Just mediocre and still better than Luca's. The staging is FANTASTIC though. I can see that coming top 10 in the televoting.

Not watching the rehearsal clips myself (trying to avoid seeing too many spoilers) but I'm not too concerned about Tamta's vocals. People in the press center are saying that the snippet comes from a pretty weak first run-through, and that all the later run-throughs were much better.

hmmm.... not sure about Cyprus anymore. They will sure qualify, no doubt about that. But I was also quite sure of a top 10 result. Now there are things that are pointing in the other direction - to the right side of the scoreboard. The vocals is one thing. But I am not too fond of the whole artistic impression. I would have liked a warmer and sexier performance (No - I am not saying I want her to copy Eleni).

Just mediocre and still better than Luca's.

We haven't seen the two performances on the same standards. That is out-of-nowhere and unfair comparison. And honestly, Cyprus wasn't "just mediocre", it was really, really bad.

I hope Tamta improves herself by Tue, though. It could either be a cool entertaining song in the final, or a wasted performance with a great potential due to vocals in the end.

ANNOUNCEMENT

We feel obliged to inform that during rehearsals today, a technical sound issue arose whereby the balance between the microphones that was set during the in-ear rehearsal was not adhered to. The delegation submitted a request for a new in-ear and sound check which was granted and took place today at noon. The issues that arose were there and then corrected.
