Šerifović had a lot more than just a great vocal performance - what she really had, her singing was flawless.
I just think that Nina should in this case listen more to the advices of her label and not HRT.

I responded too quickly to CatEye and then made another post when realized you replied, too. My process of thinking then: "now it looks like I'm spamming this thread...I'll just edit the first post , add a reply to you and delete the other post". Until I realized I can't.

Your posts are not off-putting haha at least not to me and not on this thread (I don't follow other threads as much). To post anything just to keep the thread alive is a good strategy.
Interview would be very good and I'm also hoping to see her perform the song live. The official audio sounds a bit weak to me comparing to what I'm used to hear from her so I really hope her to change that.

If this is true, I do hope that there will be some changes. I really want an international jury (or I even read comments about how some want an ex-yu jury that would be also good). I pretty much lost all of my trust in Croatian experts and the general public.
And for God's sake let there be a decent stage. And no Duško Čurlić...

At least some changes in the staging, voting, young and charismatic hosts (not talking about Iva Šuletić).
And a better way of picking which songs are gonna make the final (and not the "the worst songwriters get to pick an artists and he's directly in the final) or just no direct final for anyone. Two semi-finals and the best 5-10 advance to the grand final.
I'm loving this song more and more, currently my second favourite. I just don't give it any chance of winning, the hype is too big in this forum I think.
I'm already preparing for a doomsday scenario where wins, which would be an even worse winner then 2011 .
I see this as one of the few songs that could challenge Russia but it needs a perfect staging, which I doubt will happen even though this song lends itself to so many great staging ideas. Where Russia already seems to have the song and performance ready to go, the staging here will remain very uncertain. My prediction is that this song will cruise to the final, but I'm afraid that there it will end somewhere between 10-15.

What he kinda confirmed is that this is the last time that an act was selected internally with composers from abroad.
The new show might not be called Dora, but there are not many possibilities there either.
It's either Dora, something similar to Dora or they'll send a winner of a festival (CMC comes to my mind, there's not a single festival that's more Croatian than CMC).
True, but I don't think they will come up with an alternative. I think a NF with two semis and a final is a good song selection procedure.
