I still hope for their participation. Montenegro has a lot of good singers. Maybe Sergej don't want to represent Montenegro, but there are other good singers like Milena Vucic, Danijel Alibabic, Nina Petkovic. With normal promotion by RTCG, final is not impossible mission.

Problem is that RTCG doesnt whant to spend money in ESC :/

Montenegro has sent in an application for the ESC 2011 however they are still able to change their minds until the deadline on Dec 21st without having to fear any penalty fees. They haven't made a final decision yet but maybe that's a good sign???

There's serious scarcity of singers there, only Milena V is OK imo.
Sergej Ćetković is nice personality, good guy, but extremely boring singer:/
