With regards to Comino's most recent fail (yes there were more than one ), Comino's music board has decided to hold an 8 song NF based on the newly revived Maltese song Festival 2013.
Here are the rules.
1. There will be 8 songs in total. 4 of them will be chosen from Comino.
2. The other 4 songs will have to be submitted by the other countries. Songs can be sent via pm until 16th Movember 2013.
3. Comino's jury will select 4 songs from the other countries which will compete together with Comino's own songs.
4. Any country can submit up to 1 song and this requires the country to vote in the final round of the NF (the public NF), even if your entry fails to qualify.
5. The jury will consist of me, 1 musician having 13 years of musical experience and a best friend of mine.
