Ok, let me explain. The song I want to send is in French and another language and it's a duet. One of the singers is French. So, France should be ok?

If it's not <other artist> feat. <French artist> then yes. FSC rules for featuring artists apply here.

Same problem here now I'm hovering between two songs. My preferred choice has only a small part in a second language whilst the other is 50/50. I'm gonna send Cinderella both and I'll be happy whichever she decides to permit.

I can accept both , it doesn't matter if it's just a small part . It's up to you if you'll send another PM with just one song

It will be better if it's more than 2 words. Borderline cases is not the best thing...
