I'm not very familiar with Slovenian entries, but of those I know, 2008 is my favourite. 2011 was great too, but I would've prefered Maja to sing in Slovenian.

Slovenia does not always get right melody for a song but in 1997 everything was perfect (except for audience) so I voted for Tanja Ribic.
I also liked 2007 Alenka Gotar and original version of 2011.

I just wanted to add that they have a ton of missed opportunities in their selections. There are some brilliant songs from EMA that just never quite made it to ESC. But still they've sent some lovely songs in their history nonetheless.
