I believe it's much better than "Believe." I wish they sent Alexey Vorobyov with "New Russian Kalinka" in 2008 instead of Dima. I think they would have won either way

Their first entry is my one of my favourite all-time ESC songs and it should have done better result-wise. I also liked 2003 and 2006.

I didn't like 2009 at first because I was put off by the whole back story of how it came to be the Russian entry but after the ESC performance I really enjoyed it. The rest are pretty meh, especially their winner.

Honestly, none of them. I have to say i consider Russia to be one of the weaker, if not the weakest Slavic and ex-Soviet countries, hardly anything they've sent has been memorable, which is quite surprising considering they're the largest country and have quite a music industry to speak of. I voted for "Mamo" because aside from "Believe", which i don't like, it's the only one i can even remember what they sounded like

I also really like Solo and Song #1.
Northern Girl, Lost and Forgotten, and Lady Alpine Blue - not my kind of songs,but they grew on me after the contests.
Believe Me, Nobody Hurt No One, and Never Let You Go are just ok for me.

"Mamo" all the way! I loved it the first time I listened to it. (It got the 3rd place in my 2009 ranking).

I also enjoy "Lost and Forgotten" very much. Afterwards, Russia got lost I think.
