2004 for me :D

One of the most underrated entries ever imo.

1st Eyes that never lie
2nd Work your magic
3rd I love Belarus
4th We are the heroes
5th Hasta la vista
6th Butterflies (special award for the best performance/one of the best ever in ESC history but song remains big crap)
7th Love me tonight
8th My Galileo
9th Mum

Angel mechty (2007) and Boys & Girls (2005) would of been my favourite Belarusian entries by far had not they been replaced in the end, albeit the former probably would not have done as well in ESC as the song that got eventually chosen that year. However, sending Love me tonight was a mistake IMHO.

Not was a mistake, that song was much criticized in Belarus  Love Me Tonight was great, but Angelica herself ruin that song with her awful English Accentuation

I do not think that was the only reason why it failed but Boys and girls would not have suffered from a bad pronunciation at all... and would of qualified (imho).

I loved both "Eyes That Never Lie" (2009) and "I Love Belarus" (2011).
These two songs are even rather high in my rankings (6th for Petr, and 4th for Anastasiya)

The rest is meh, which makes me think that Belarus is pretty inconsistent in Eurovision.
They often tend to send outdated garbage, it's a shame.
