Armenian entries 2006-2010 all are at the same level imo. My vote got Jan jan and I believe Anytime ya need could have been breathtaking had it not been sung in English. :(
I agree that Hayko's entry would have been much better had it been sung fully in Armenian, the Armenian part is what lifts this song to higher heights.

I would add that also André's entry would have sounded much better in Armenian.

I don't agree they were all on the same level though, imo 2008-2010 entries were in their own league.

The workmanships of the 2006, 2008 and 2010 entries were pretty similar. I like them but they are not exactly particular; especially the sound of Apricot stone was too lightweight/mellow for my taste albeit I acknowledge the composition's quality. Also its first version was better imho. No par and Anytime ya need come closer to my preferences but they suffer a lot from the English language. After a while I got used to it in the former but in the latter it still really disturbs me. Probably because it reminds me of the beautiful Joksimovic ballads.

2008 I guess and 2009 had an interesting stage performance.

I think 2007 and 2010 were overrated result-wise.

Jan Jan is a very cute song that will be never forgotten. But the best is Anytime You Need here,Armenia MUST do ballads! Maybe because of being apart from their real home somehow,Armenians are great at ballads.

Without your love and Qele qele are equally great. :)

In fact, there is no a single :am: entry that I specially dislike. But these two are the best ones surely.

In order:
Jan Jan
Qele Qele
Without Your Love
Apricot Stone
These four are very close. They are all great songs.
Boom Boom
It's an okay entry just doesn't appeal that much to me.

Anytime You Need
The only Armenian entry I HATE! The stage performance is also weird with the toilet paper trees!

The worst ones are Emmy and Eva Rivas, I puke over them, Sirusho is very close...Inga & Anush is OK, but not for me, and it was too ethnic..

Wait, so you don't like "pseudo-ethnic" but you don't like when it's "too ethnic" either? So practically you don't like ethnic then :)
