Louis Neefs's repertoire is slowly being murdered on a live stage.

"HE SOUNDS LIKE HE'S AT A FUNERAL. YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE NO FUN, NO ENERGY" -- my boomer mom lol.

Vocally he was fine though during his cover. That was my biggest concern after the snippets.

Well he's less during the first verse of the song. Quite thin voice I'd say, and sometimes he's a bit off the pitch. Not very much, but still recognizable....

Okay snippet is defenitely baddest moment vocally from his song. He was okay considering this probably was his first performance

I think out of the four songs i liked Grace and Le Manou the most. Grace is defenitly a qualifier if she goes. Leez is boring, Lenn doesn't have the necessary experience.

I'd also say, he has not got the right song. This one would not even get him near a qualification in Basel.

Yeah. I'm not impressed with him and LEEZ. They are two non-qualifiers. I would say so far:
1. Grace
2. Le Manou
3. LEEZ
4. Lenn

Honestly none of these songs gave me excitement. The song that is apparently like most here, is getting on my nerves with the "papa" incountable times, but nevertheless I see that this is probably the best choice out of these four.

I think all four NQ, but Grace and Le Manou would be Respectful NQs if that makes sense;

I just hope next week is better. MUCH better.

Leez 5/10
Still my favourite in the Belgian NF so far but Leez sounds very flat in the verses and the "you-ou-ou" parts reminds me a bit of Moldova 2024 (the strings/synths in the chorus do their part as well). Anyway, it's decent but nothing to write home about.

Grace 5/10
I like the flute sound and her smile on stage but apart from that? The song screams NQ in 2007.

Le Manou 3/10
The 90's beat in the verses are hitting hard but the chorus is getting on my nerves.

Lenn 1/10
This is really, really bad - especially the vocal acrobatics (and he seems to always fails to deliver them). I like the strings, though.

Sorry :be: but these performances were almost as bad as :de: NF 2022.

Belgium wouldn't be qualifying with any of these songs in May.
