If this can’t do well and connect with the jury then UK/Ireland/Spain/France have no hope. It was a great performance, young, fresh and all that. Zena was charismatic.

Alyona Lanskaya, Naviband, 3+2 and of course Dimitry were better but still ZENA was good too.

Oops I forgot, my favourite one was actually My Galileo and still is, even though the performance won't have matched the studio version, great song. This one is likely second though.

For those wondering about the strange jury results - They were given in the wrong order Israel was last not first.

The jury was cancelled so they use the votes of the other countries in their pot (Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia) then work out which got 12, 10 etc.

Malta should have got the 12 points followed by Macedonia with 10. This means that Macedonia won the jury vote. Here is the table to explain what happened

When Jan Ola Sand says "We have a valid result" although jurors submitted their votes in reverse order and no plausibility checks were performed, I'd say yes, they are that dumb.

1. Teo (because everything was perfect and balanced for this entry)
2. Uzari (he is my fav artist to represent Belarus. He is my fav current Belarusian artist. period. lack of staging killed this entry. and why do we still feature musicians in a contest that requires pre-recorded instrumental?)
3. Dima
4. Naviband
5. Solayoh
6. I love Belarus
7. Eyes that never lie (purely for genius voice)
8. IVAN (the song was good, staging and marketing sunk it)
9. My Galileo
10. 3+2 (if I absolutely MUST come up with 10 lol)

Belarus's entries have been a hit and miss for me.
But for the ones I really like:

(1) Uzari -> I am shocked it didn't qualify. The song is really good to be honest. The staging was fine.
(2) Teo -> Although the song is super cheesy, but Teo sold the song well and he got really good vocals.
(3) Solayoh -> As dated as it is, it's very catchy. Even my mom loves it.
(4) IVAN -> I was secretly hoping it will qualify. The staging did elevate the song for me.
(5) Zena -> The song grew on me with each listen, Zena is a really good performer for her age. But I do think she did sound a little too pitchy during the high notes which could have turned people off. Plus there is too much going on on stage. I do not like the 2 male dancers where their choreography did not match the song.

It didn't have any chance in the final. I liked most of the :by: entries so far (even the ones that were massively disliked), but this one was a big no-no from the start almost.

Hope for a much better song next year.

I didn't care for the song at all, but this is one of my favourite Eurovision performances of all time at this point, can't stop watching it. So so enjoyable, the energy, the charisma, the confidence, the dance moves, her voice, every single nuance, and there's a lot of them, is on point and so so damn fun, you can't take your eyes off her. And she seems to be really enjoying it as well. This is how you perform and stage a song like this.
