That's exactly what I thought, too. Malena sounded downright unrehearsed in the verses, as if she didn't take it seriously at all and relied only on the operatic parts.

Malena was kitsch and she can't sing non-operatic even to save her own life (the verses). I can't believe I rooted for that one so hard back in 2009 in MF, now I barely can't stand that and especially I cannot stand her... she's just so unappealing.

Oh Alenka was GREAT, don't even compare that to the cut and paste Kempe kitsch.

There is no comparison cause Alenka wins with one punch . The fight ends before it even begins .

And I can't believe you rooted for La Voix :shock:, that song just feels so un-you . I would have sworn you would have been a Caroline fan that year

I know right!

I dunno what's got into me back then Caroline is just so unappealing (more so than Malena) that maybe that was the point, plus I hate curse words in songs ... however in hindsight I would have chosen Caroline and I ended up really liking that one afterall.

I supported Anton Ewald??? Ralf was my #1 last year, but yeah I was also ok with Robin and Anton (although Anton can't sing and he was just there because he slept his way to MF , but the song was catchy enough in its genre.... also the final and year in general was weak so ).
