well it is all come down to what people prefer
what features someone may like other will see it as ugly or nothing special also people from different counties people do like different attitudes
and this can affect on what you like too

so it is hard to say what country have a better looking..

My perfect ideal of beauty is the Eastern European pepole, with the high cheekbones, tall and slim figure, and the genetic diversity with the eye and hair colors & also they are inteligent & verry atracting. I'd have to say the Russians, Ukrainians, Belarussians, Czechs, Slovaks, Polish by a fair margin.
