Bála Kunmenai /ba:la kunmena'i/ - is a totalitarian sultanate consisting of 5 regions (Bal, Kun, Ay, Vosemiye, Handaen) united by the almighty Sultana, whom nobody have ever seen. Strictly religious country which worships sphynx pantheon with sphynx Tsirílla as its head. It is believed that goddess Tsirílla appeared in life of the almighty Sultana when she most needed her. She taught her patience, unconditional love and sphynx meowing language which is used in Bála Kunmenai as the language of rituals and official ceremonies.
The flag and the coat of arms represent deep devotion of Kunmenese people to sphynx cats, gemstones represent prosperity and wealth, colours represent nature of Sultana's homeland where red stands for the colour of her birthplace flag.
