No, we don't study Turkish at school. Our languages has similarities and that's why some people understand Turkish well

I can't believe myself, i couldn't watch because i fell asleep! :( but I'll watch it on internet.

When i focus, i understand Azerbaijani very well but when i just hear Azerbaijani from TV for example without focusing, it sounds completely a foreign language :) And i understand Azerbaijani better now thanks to "Yahşi Cazibe", Eldar&Nigar and Narmina :D

Turkish and Azeri languages are not that different. For example "I love": We say "Seviyorum", they say "Sevirem". We can understand each other so there's no need to learn it at school. However Turks find Azeri funny and they find Turkish funny

The song's chart perfomance in Europe is underwhelming. It's a pity because the last two Eurovision winners had received great success in various countries.

Well, I can't say I'm surprised. "Running Scared" is a good winner, but "Satellite" and "Fairytale" were really exceptional (even if I hate the latter).
