But the televoters will not go for Loreen. Maybe its just wishful thinking. Loreen and Sweden again would be boring for me. Finland should win the televote and get high jury votes as well. I am curious how the 0.003 part will influence the jury voting for Austria.
I mean I hope for a different winner either but it feels like :se: will get 250-350 jury points and at least 150 televoting points (more is possible, why should they not vote for her this year). :fi: will go big with televoters but do you really think it will have enough jury appeal? Around 100 points would be a VERY good jury result for them in my opinion. But hey, who knows today...

About the :at: lyrics, I wonder if lyrics are such a big factor for juries, especially for non English natives...

Wow, Loreen looked pressed at Finland. She realized the tough competition immediately and Cha Cha Cha has the novelty factor. And she didnt have it in her Top 3 unlike the other MF contestants. But thanks for voting Austria Number 2 behind Norway. (Queen of kings is so cheap)

It's 37 countries, not 36, right? We have that mysterious "global" country where votes from all over the world from non-participating countries are counted. At least that’s what I understood but f* lazy EBU, just give us clarification already!

Edgar is such a massive up from last year. :p I was no fan of Halo but I love the Edgar song. These girls have so much self-confidence, even if they sang worse than Pia they would go out and rock that stage with their chins up and a poe-poe-poe-poekerface, poe-poe-poekerface!

First of all, let it be known that i was hyped about this song before you all realized how amazing it really is!. Back when you all thought it's gonna be just another novelty song. And of course i thought that too, but goddamn, this is a certified banger!

There's nothing i can critique here. My head and my heart are both set on Blanka for the win, but this is my offical runner up. "Solo" just makes me happier and dancy.
:at: got a gold and a silver medal from me in just two years. xheya

I don't know what kind of experiments Crystal Ball ran on us, but i'm a free thinking individual and i was definitely not hypnotized. :mrgreen:xrofl

:12: POE POE POE POE POE POEints

It looks like Austria will be one of the 8 countries voting as part of the international jury for Melodifestivalen 2023 (for the 4th time after 2015, 2019, 2020)

Well, this is not a surprise, since CrystalBall from Austria leaked the entire Melfest.

Just checked the odds. Austria still 9th, in very tight races with 6th.

Sweden at one is fair, Ukraine at two is a joke, Finland and three should be Top 2 and closer to Sweden, Norway at four no way,
Czechia at five only if they nail the staging, UK at six is overrated by the local Brits betting on themselves, Spain at 7 I don't see it but maybe I'm wrong, Israel at 8 looks possible since the competition is bad, but Austria has the better song. But outside the Top 10 there aren't really any great songs so far. Very strange year, the rehearsals will change a lot I guess. Slovenia at 29 is also ridiculous and unfair. I would also see Italy and Serbia much higher.

I like it!
Although, I'm not rating it until I hear live version. I have a feeling this could sound pretty different live, because there seems to be a decent amount of effects on vacals.

I hope they will use the dance moves from the video at the live performance.
It would make sense, then the crowd could dance along unassisted xmetal
On the other hand ORF usually keeps everything secret, all the stagings in the last years did not reflect the videos. Maybe they want to surprise the audience with something different. then of course it must be more impressive than the video in the one or other way. of course most of the viewers in may wont have watched the video before.

I know Food-Delivery, but Live-Delivery? Has that something to do with a new reality-TV format where a woman is follower 9 months of pregnancy with a big showdown?:mrgreen:
