I wouldn't judge too hard. Austria was too far ahead of the time with the message of the song. The song was born at the lifeball, a very suspicious event at the time. For example, many Eastern European countries have declined the idea that there is such a thing like HIV, and when, then only the decadent West has it.

Vincent said that for Eurovision you cant do your own thing 100%, you have to adopt. So i am pretty sure he will not rap.
