ARF has just confirmed that The Strike have been relegated to represent Artyomka in a later NSC edition. Right now, the broadcaster is in the midst of negotiations over aiding an Alternatian country to find a suitable song for their debut in the Alternatia Song Contest, coupled with lending them an Artyom band or singer to replicate Artyomka’s highly successful run in NSC. The Strike have been quoted saying, “This is bullshit. We would have won any contest if ARF had just let us compete; also, I can’t stop laughing at ‘Artyomka’s highly successful run in NSC’ – suuuuure, highly successful it is.” No official reaction to that statement has been given as of now.
