esckaz:

The staging is impressive for Aram's Not Alone. Vocally he's sounding much much stronger than he did in the semi.

@ Filip

that's my view:

Ukraine ex-sovjet, favourite during the first rehearsal week
Belarus ex-sovjet just Belarus with the "2" dead - slot, in my opinion it's the symbolic "answer" to the Conchita-petition
Azerbaijan ex-sovjet
followed by
4. Iceland with "no prejustice" => you can call this brilliant

Norway
Romania
Armenia exsovjet favourite
Montenegro
Poland
Greece
Austria late position in first half
Germany
Sweden latest position in first half

France big5
Russia early in second half
Italy big5
Slovenia
Finland
Spain big5
Switzerland
Hungary favourite, more EBU-pleasant than one of the ex-sovjets
Malta not without chances
Denmark ... the lovely host
The Netherlands "west" favourite very good slot
San Marino crap
United Kingdom "west" favourite, very EBU-pleasant hymn, good slot with this kind of jury-pleasant song

(edit: and don't forget Arams # 1 in running order of the semi final)

 they were drawn in first halfs or second halfs, 1-13 or 14-26 and a lot of them ended up in 1-13.

Aram MP3 is the perfect example of how you can be alone on stage, have some good stage effects, and make it all look amazing! That moment when the song changes, the fire and the light effect are one of the best moments in this year's Eurovision. Aram is once again very powerful vocally, not missing a single tune. Well done, Armenia!

PS:

we walked around the Press Center and asked two dozen people and here and the vast majority said that The Netherlands had the best rehearsal. After that, Greece, Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom received about the same amount of votes.
On the other hand, most people said Armenia had the weakest rehearsal followed by Germany.

I don't really trust what the ESC press thinks about it (Except for the ESC United team of course ). Well, and I think Harel Skaat, Charlotte Perreli or Beth, for example, don't trust them at all either

Out of context though. This is the jury show and Charlotte received the jury wild card and Harel Skaat scored high with the juries.

Beth was 100% televote, there was no jury final really.

I'm not talking about jury finals, just press rankings which are IMO biased ;)

But I was talking about Jury Finals and your response to it was that you don't trust the ESC Press. So I'm confused.

But you were talking about press guys' opinion about the performances in the jury final, right? And I say I don't trust it.... what's the problem?

His performance was very bad at todays dress rehearsal. I have never seen him vocally that bad before. So it wouldn't be a big suprise if his performance was week.

But on the other hand there is some very positive reports from both Esckaz and Escxtra. Which makes everything confusing.

I think this is the only song in the final I even dislike, never mind hate. I'm so happy that this has little chance to win xcheer

Even though everything seems to be in motion for Armenia to fail miserably (that EBU draw is a joke), i'm still rooting for this song and i'll be voting for this tomorrow as much as i can (still have to spare some votes for dear Sebalter, ha!).
