Once you ignore the facade the song was quite accessible. All I'm saying is there's many reasons to suggest Aram fans shouldn't be as cocky as they are.

Not being funny or anything, but why can't you drop the thought that the british are purely disliking this song, for other reasons than simply, that they don't like the song? If you think it's because you are a contender to win , then so are Sweden, Hungary and many other songs, but I like them more and so do many other people. People can like what they want and dislike what they want!

Lordi was a runaway winner and quite more bipolar song especially for the general public.... This is just about quality and songs that can impress on the stage.

Sadly, that's just the point. I don't think it's coming up as impressive enough. Rather a bit underwhelming instead tbh. I wonder who's responsible for it, as it would be quite easy to make it more effective, I find. Less bright in parts, for instance, more intimate like.

I'm British and I think Aram's song is solid but not extraordinary. I think the same thing of my countries own entry and the two both linger around 15th/16th place in my ranking. I've come across plenty of British people who do love Aram's song. Perhaps those British people who express how they don't like Aram's song... simply don't like it?

Another thing to note is that English is our native tongue. Aram sings with quite a noticeable accent. That will certainly tar the song for some people.

You will obviously always get people who hate on a song just because they consider it a threat. These people come from every country though and should be singled out as individuals.

Every year when I play the songs to people they have always at least liked the winner.
When I have played this years nobody who I have played it to said they like it. It has been met with a screwed up face or 'boring'

Maybe they will change their minds when they see it live?? who knows. It will probably win, because the favourite has won the last few years, but IMO I don't think it should
