Rezarta gets a personal best, no Asaj, Besa doesn't even go top 10, and Albania winds up with a shock and a great entry. Thrilled.

What a damp squib. I can't believe I wasted 4 hours to see Rezarta and Klodian not even make the top 3. The winner is alright. Was in the handful of songs I appreciated and the chorus certainly packs a punch but it pales in comparison to R&K and Aslajdon Zaimaj. Gosh, at least Aslajdon came in 2nd. Once again you just can't predict Albania. I won't say anything crazy too deep about the winning song yet as I might come round to it once i've cooled down a little. Not happy at the moment though.

One of the weakest songs won, but I'm not surprised. This is the typical obscure and a little bit hysterical and random song Albania likes to send. And, obviously, this song will need a quite big revamp to compete in Eurovision. Still, it's not hopeless like their 2013 or 2014 entries.
