Well, I did not really have Kostanovian flag in my mind while designing it. Colours may be similar but that's all. The colour black in the flag represents Cherniy. The blue is endless ocean and the yellow part is meant to represent long Cherniyan beaches. (Yoni asked me to use Black (Cherniy) and Yellow (Beaches, -sand-) because they are Cherniyan colours and I combined them with blue -sea, ocean-)

Nooo I said you can use anything you want (whether it's just black, just sand and other colours who are unrelated) as long as there's *something* that relates to Cherniya
but great use

The people of Cherniya has decided, after many protests in the capitals the government has decided to listen to the people of Cherniya and replace the old ugly flag with a new one.

So here's the deal, 3 potential flags will be put here, 2 made by Cherniya, and one by the lovely Serenate & Clair, it is up to you to vote for your fave flag in this thread.
