Damn it! I’ve been listening to one song for a week and I can’t stop doing it!
Yesterday I was told: "Why didn’t you send it to the NSC, where is your instinct?"
In the end, the same thing can happen to this song that happened to my three other songs earlier. Someone sent them and won!
I have to think about it again....

No, I meant which songs had won that you wanted to send. So annoying when you find that out, but at least you can take confidence that your taste has been bang on what the NSC voters wanted

The plaque shows a picture of an old wooden ship at sea (a known trope in Utopolis symbolizing exploration and the undertaking of something new and unknown) and reads:

FOR BOTH OUR PEOPLES/ NO SEA CAN WITHSTAND OUR FRIENDSHIP ENDURING

It must be concluded then that the people of Utopolis were very thankful for the 12 points given by the New Bander State at the NSC WL song contest. What the consul will do with the plaque is unknown.
