2008 was great

I absolutely agree. 2008 entry was awesome. I love "Have some fun" and they didn't even qualify for the finals
I'm sad Czech Republic won't take part.

I liked "Have some fun" too. Also, "Aven Romale" wasn't bad either, but the performance totally killed it, IMO.

If they want to be isolated, it's their own problem. They've always seemed like some outsiders to me.

I agree with you 94ayd. It´s their own problem if they are isolating for themselves. I would like to see them back at ESC. But I can´t understand why they are offended, other countries could also be offended, f.e. Portugal - they tried so many times without success and every year they try it again. So, don´t be offended, come back in 2012!

They will not boradcast non of semifinals or Grand Final.
I think that they dont attemt to enter again the contest.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there a rule that you are required to broadcast the show the year prior in order to join the contest??

I think they got rid of that rule entirely. One clear example is Italy. RAI certainly didn't broadcast last years ESC.

Bulgarian TV also didn`t broadcast the live ESC in 2004, but some recording in summer when actually nobody is watching TV here
