I can't believe those people don't care about people who actually do that job...unavailable!!! Hate it! It makes me mad! It is not easy to work night shifts but someone needs to do it. At least, when I was working in hotel, people who were doing night shift, were doing it like at least 2,3 months. Then other would exchange with them. And night shift would be better payed at least. Yet, those people would commenting they do not have much of life as they sleep during day and that it is sooooo bad for health...I know how it is bad as I'm most of time studying at night. But what you was working???
