I wouldn't be so sure. Last year Moldova was 10th in their semi (only one point ahead of Belgium) and managed to finish 12th in the grand final.

Jury and televoting really didn't agree in this semi. Strong competition here, only 14 points separate the 10th qualifier from Slovenia (17th).

Bulgaria almost made it... shocking. Joint with Norway, equally shocking. I know Norway was weakly performed but it was always a qualifier for me because of the catchiness of the song & the draw.

I bet Norway did well with televote & rubbish with juries (like Greece)

I know. Maybe Europe didn't "get" it, or it was many people's second/third option? (like me, it was my favourite in the beginning but was eclipsed by Serbia and later, Estonia)
