We are happy to welcome these nations, along with Kordavian Islands who placed in second, and the winners Tamausia & Deltannor, as prequalified nations who will go to the final of NSC 228. The mods have been discussing in depth on how best to deal with the previous result and this upcoming edition, and we've come to the unanimous decision that for the health of both the contest and the community right now is to have a neutral breather of an edition. This means the mods will take over hosting of NSC 228 taking effect immediately. Xochimilia will also be given a PQ spot. @Buranovskiy

Regarding the final result and what will happen there, berlyda will make a thread later today (most likely).

Hope the same level of involvement is shown by the Mod Team, when Otto has continously been being bullied to the level that Skype screenshots reveal certain users calling him a sociopath on a group chat, with everyone tagging along. This is bullying. And all of you seem to be okay with that.

It certainly takes a certain level of.. something I guess to ascribe diagnoses and pathologies towards people you know nothing about. I know this bothers you the same way it bothers me that someone would release such nasty, charged feelings of someone who is just minding their own business but don’t worry - such people’s own lives they lead is a punishment by itself.

This is the first I'm hearing of this. Not sure if any of the other mods are on Skype, but the last time I personally used Skype was around 5-10 years ago. If Otto has a serious claim to make about bullying, then it should be submitted to the mods.

@Otto I am very sorry for this comment. It was out of line and I should have kept my cool better. I do not know you personally, and although I keep my harsh criticism of the way you handled last edition, I won't extrapolate that to judgement of your character again.

@Lenalite Please do not share private conversations on public forum without consent. The Skype convo was my place to vent, to keep the worst emotions away from the forum

@dogmeat I would advise you to check what a private conversation means. You chose to hold it in a Skype group with more than 50 participants, where many of us are included in.

I just raised an issue that I have recognized, just as you raise the issues that you find.
