This is quiet an Open Year.
To be fair there is only two countries i think have no chance at all:
Slovenia and Fyrom
All the rest have a shot at a big victory for a good song or a shot at a latvia 2002 victory
Very small for some countries of course i don't *think* Malta or Portugal are going to win, neither is Latvia but i think they have a very very slim chance of being first with juries and top 3/4 with televoters.
I would rate them at 0.5 % but i don't think they start 2010 with zero % chance of winning.

I actually think it's rather hard to guess because of the juries... I mean, we had them last year, too, but not in the semis, so we'll have different qualifiers and so on... I actually believe that Bosnia and BULGARIA don't have a chance.
