Perhaps indeed everyone should wait untill all songs are in. (since you can't change your vote once you submitted it). But with 33 songs known (and 6 still unavailable) we already have a pretty god idea who's going to rank high... and who's not.

I've taken the capitals of the countries (ex. Israel)... I can imagine a country like Turkey for exp. would rather chose Istanbul over Ankara for a show like this (or Izmir... may be possible as well )

Yes, i see I live in Izmir so i prefer Izmir 2011. Ankara 2011 sounds nice as well
