It's a Balkan influenced (Clue 1, 5) song about drinking rum (Rumia, 1) that you're either gonna love or hate (2) and is slowly infecting the world (3) with its monkey impersonations (4) and BOM BOM BOMing (6). What else could it have been?

Sam and the Womp are coming, and they're Cydoni-Gibberia's representatives in NSC 87. With their Balkan-ska influence, trashy nonsensical lyrics and irritatingly addictive nature, they're hoping to capture the hearts and minds of the good folk of Natia. Prepare to have your ears taken over by the biggest ear-worm of 2012 :twisted:

After previously finishing as joint runner up behind Capital Cities in Cygovision 81 (w00t, victory), Madeon has finally been given the golden ticket to Pigeon Island with his latest single, The City. With soaring euphoric synths, hopeful lyrics and a tantalizingly colourful video involving Handsome Poets-esque smoke bombs, Madeon hopes to continue the current run of success for the island. Blackbird Blackbird is the alias of Filipino Mikey Maramag, a chillwave artist from San Francisco. Having gained a cult following on the internet (partly thanks to almost his entire back catalogue being available for free download from Last.fm), Maramag has released his latest EP, Boracay Planet to a larger fanbase than ever. The lead single from this EP will be the Cydu entry in Rumia, and if you were wondering what the song would be like, then think Washed Out with more xylophones and you're partway there.
