Taiwan, aka the Republic of China, is a small east-Asian island nation located off of the coast of China. With a population of twenty three and a half million, Taiwan has a growing pop culture influenced by neighbours Korea and Japan. The nation returns to WorldVision with an abysmal qualification rate of 3/16 - hopefully that is about to change.
Elva Hsiao is a musician, fashion designer, TV personality and actress with great prestige in Taiwan and the Chinese-speaking community. She is fluent in English after studying in Vancouver, Canada, making her an obvious choice for WorldVision. I am happy to announce a Taiwanese national selection: Elva Song, will commence!
