Should the pre-recorded backing vocals remain?

I would wish the battle would be about banning pre-recorded backing vocals, but with Norway's move I'm afraid it will be about autotune instead. I haven't yet seen how they intend to implement it in detail, but I'm worried it will become a commonly accepted element in the same way as with vocals that destort the singers sound (which has actually been used for many years).

I don't mind autotune used specifically to achieve an effect - even the Olsen Brothers were allowed to have that 23 years ago.
