I personally love this song. Especially after the revamp.
But I still don't think this is a safe qualifier, Serbia has almost always been a borderline qualifier.
And a lot will depend on how many fan faves in sf2 will fail in live delivery/staging to open room for safe live vocals entries like this one.

I think it might too, currently to me it's on the border between Q and NQ. He is quite striking looking, and there is an audience for this sort of ballad. I'd be more sure that Montenegro is NQing.
