TBH, the outfits look quite cheap and too much black everywhere. Wouldn't mind

They can. There's a story on escz's instagram (it's probably down by now though
) of the Hurricane trio coming to see Benny, fangirling over his song and asking for a picture together, with Benny looking super confused - kinda "is this really happening to me?"

Based solely on the music video. I gave them 5 pts after the first rehearsal, and now it's 8 after the 2nd one. The entry that has grown on me the most

In the official Second Rehearsal clip, is it just me or is Sanja basically doing the vast majority of the vocals in that chorus? Seems odd to just have the other girls just strutting around like glorified backing dancers, although I know this a small portion of the song.

Yes, but this happens only for this chorus cause the song is well split. They just showed the part where Sanja sings. You can check the live performance @VasilijeM posted in this thread. That's how they split the song.

Serbia is certainly my biggest grower now. I didn’t know I would enjoy this so much, even the song! I like it more than Hasta La Vista now. And I am really pleased they kept the staging simple since the three ladies are more than enough with their quirky dancing. They feel so natural and charming when dancing and nothing stiff like some of the other girls. I really want this in the final.
