Ricki Lee, Jessica Mauboy, Samantha Jade or Dami Im please xpray

I think it will be Samantha Jade. :D

I thought her also but she had a career before X Factor, I would love seeing her on the Eurovision Stage though! My money is on Dami Im or even Guy Sebastian.
Jess Mauboy would be amazing though but not so much Ricki :p

The show would start at 5 AM in Australia. Televoting is out of question, then. Maybe they could have 100% jury vote, like San Marino.

Couldn't they vote the day before based on the second dress rehearsals? They could have a show dedicated to showing the dress rehearsals and then have 15 minutes to vote, all at a reasonable time at night.

I don't think it would be impossible to make it work, but the will would need to be there.

For those who don't know, Jessica was an Australian Idol contestant in 2006, she was runner-up to Damien Leith. Recently, she starred in a film called The Sapphires

Wow, so it looks like we have a "38th" country this year, don't we?

I like Jessica. Can't wait to see her performance in May.

Not exactly. It's quite traditional for Australians to wake up early on a Sunday and go to bed early. Not me... but still xD

I am hoping the BBC don't do that. I was so mad when I had to miss Lynda Woodruff so they could interview "the man with the cool eyebrows and sings about his shoes".

Oh my god, seriously! This is the most irritating thing about the whole Eurovision coverage that the BBC provides. When will they realise that the viewers want to enjoy the whole spectacle INCLUDING the interval acts just like they were in the arena? We don't want awkward pointless conversations with random so-called "experts" giving their unwanted opinions on the artists and songs. We want to see the whole show!

YOU GOT THAT BBC???? IOTAP
