Actually i would have put the first half exactly in the same order.
Anyway, with now the big 5 song among the semi-finalists, it's harder to predict. The only thing that look obvious is iceland singing in 1.

I somehow forgot that the direct finalists have to be performed (and are sandwiched between competing entries).

Here's my "running order" prediction for semi 1

01 :is: Iceland
02 :sl: Slovenia
03 :ua: Ukraine
04 :pl: Poland
* :it: Italy
05 :ee: Estonia
06 :pt: Portugal
07 :se: Sweden
08 :az: Azerbaijan
* :es: Spain
09 :cy: Cyprus
10 :sm: San Marino
11 :hr: Croatia
* :ch: Switzerland
12 :be: Belgium
13  Norway
14 :al: Albania
15 :nl: Netherlands

[I placed the finalists where they had been embedded last year (following #3, #8, #11)

If it were me, I'd go for something like this, including the automatic qualifiers. I've tried to space out the female acts, given that we only have four in this semi including Spain and Switzerland.

Sweden to me feels like the obvious opener, because I don't think Iceland or Estonia are quite strong / or accessible enough to open up Eurovision 2025, and the other entries in this half aren't exactly opener friendly.

Similarly, San Marino just feels like the most obvious closer to me.

Bloody hell, this is difficult! There are so many songs that need to be kept apart (e.g. The Nordic/Baltic "fun" entries :se:,:is: and :ee: as well as the male falsetto ones :be: and :cy: plus the retro-esque bands :ua: and :pt:)

Anyway, based on hardly anything, here's my crazy take:

1. :pl: (Justyna opened 30 years ago, so she should have the honour of doing it again)
2. :ee: (Death-spotted for his continuing shenanigans but he'll still qualify)
3. :ua: (3rd place is often reserved for deities)
4. :se: (Doesn't matter where they go as long as it's not next to Iceland)
5. :pt: (Change of pace between the two Nordics but not giving us the whiplash that Slovenia would)
6. :is: (Okay, now I'm starting to think I've got this wrong)
7. :sl: (Watch it end up in the Death Spot, but I think it should be placed here so people pay more attention to it)
8. :az: (Start picking up the pace again)
9. :cy: (Seems to be the best place to park this hot mess)
10. :nl: (The tempo and craziness is up and down this half, so let's stick this here)
11. :be: (Up goes the tempo again)
12. (See no.10)
13. :hr: (Erm... See no.9, I suppose)
14. :sm: (Getting everyone worked up towards the end but...)
15. :al: (...we're making a statement because we believe in Zjerm! Also, the only female vocalists open and close, if we disregard the automatic qualifiers).

I look forward to being proven wrong on every level.

Making predictions here is super hard... and honestly, I guess the producers are very happy the AQs here will perform again (from what we know so far), because at least it brings in more ladies and more ballads. Otherwise this SF is insanely loud and male lol

1. :is:
2. :sl:
3. :ua:
4. :ee:
AQ :es:
5. :pt:
6. :pl:
7. :se:
8. :cy:
AQ :it:
9. :al:
10. :hr:
11. :sm:
AQ :ch:
12. :az:
13.
14. :nl:
15. :be:

I'm not really happy with that RO either, but it feels really hard to space out the female (including) acts and ballads. The only thing I'm kinda sure of is the AQs: Melody in the 1st half because she has an upbeat song, and the 1st half at least has two ballads. Zoë and Lucio in the 2nd half, because that half is very loud and needs thr ballads.
