He's a hot name in the Romanian music industry and now he's teasing ESC?
It's a strange post to be honest. it must have some substance since ESC isn't even that popular in romania to be teasing it this way.
He's currently launching his international career (previously he only sang in Romanian), as he released his first English hit.
It's not that ESC is not popular here, but everyone knows that TVR does an abysmal job with it, so this is more like shade, "hello Eurovision Romania? what are you waiting for? call me already".

is back! Announced by the EBU ten-fifteen minutes ago and Theo Rose is their representative.
Very late confirmation but sometimes there can be late arrivals exceptions. According to a "secret facebook source" Romania will close out Semi 1 to balance the semifinals out. (don't check what day it is...)
