Hadn't even heard this one before, but Romania have just saved themselves in my eyes. None of the fan favourites were good, but this is the first time in years I've actually liked a Romanian entry.

I really like the singers voice, fit the song very well. It is very 80s rock song, and that stuff often works for me. It is not amazing in any sense, but it is nice and I could see this qualify mainly thanks to the juries who will enjoy it quite a lot. Thinking that this NF was pretty weak this year, I think they made the right choice in the end.

Don't understand the hate with this song. I really don't. It's not like Romania had any better in their national selection (apparently Feli was the favourite...why?).
Very beautiful rock song with no gimmicks and weird dance numbers. Didn't care the first time i listened it but it's now growing on me. Calm down, not everything as to be bops or divas

Well, I expected more of a band that calls itself "The humans". At least I expected more than an outdated average pop song.

We're almost at the halfway point with songs and I think I can genuinely declare "Goodbye" as my favourite entry selected so far. A couple of days later and it's still resonating with me strong. It's not doing anything new but for me it's doing everything right, and I really feel it. That achingly beautiful second verse telling you not to cry, followed by the BOOM and huge vocal explosion is euphoric and my standout musical moment of the year so far. Cristina is a charismatic performer and her voice is a force of nature. If there's anyone that can get away with telling us the age old story of not giving up, it's her. I'm kind of smitten here with this song. I find it extremely endearing and heartfelt. It puts me in a better place when I listen to it. I hope with time more people begin to realize how wonderful it is. I'm so happy it's at the contest.

This is such a boring middle-of-the-road poprock song, it's SO dull. I can see it qualifying just because somehow these kind of songs tend to qualify (Lithuania and Armenia 2013, Romania 2015 and so on) but right now I think Romania is heading towards their first NQ in this strong semi. 2 points for quite good vocals.

Anyway, I like parts of it but it also feels like there are too many instrumental breaks instead of an actual chorus. I do appreciate the 80s pop-rock sensibilities of it though.
It's a tough one to rate but I'll give it a generous 6 points.

Uff..... This really does nothing for me. I have taken myself pressing the next button trying to listen to this. But I finally gave it a shot - and listened all the way through. Not horrible, not unpleasent in any way, not annoying - but just utterly uninteresting....

The hate is mostly from within the bubble and of a certain (young) age. This will appeal to major demographics and is so well written and put together. I can see another top 10 for Romania.

This seems like one of those years where many fans are surprised by the end results. A lot of fankwank will (and already have) flop.

Oh, and I just upgraded my score to 10!
