It would be a shame if Romania, one of the countries which produce the best dance music in Europe, chooses Luminita ... her song is a big cliché, a weak imitation of cabaret music imo.

It was more or less a joke, obviously I have nothing against France and I also agree that Romania sends trashy songs. I don't understand why you are so angry, even toinou03 did not get upset, he answered like a mature person.

That joke was out of place... toinou03 is right: we have a very weak national final this year.

I don't think Romania sends trashy songs though. The only Romanian entry I didn't like since 2004 is probably 2011 and 2007, the rest are either ok or very good, like 2010 for example

How many similar songs did you saw in the ESC? The last 10 winners of Eurovision have very few or nothing in common with any other. I do think that Luminita is the best option especially since we don't have a real Romanian dance song in the competition, at least no one to look amazing on stage.

It's a shame that people don't see how amazing is Tudor Turcu. He would have been like Magdi Ruja from Hungary, a revelation of the contest in Malmo. He is so original and amazing. His song was the only one which struck me from the first time when I heard it amongst all the other Romanian entries(of course Natalia was also one of my favourites).

Magdi is only one and I can't see nothing similar at Tudor Turcu. Maybe he has a very special voice and a lot of fans since just won X-Factor but he miss something very important: a good song.

I watched only the recap video, I'd say I'm completely disappointed:

1 Casa Presei - Un refren => Meh
2 Narcis Iustin Ianău – Seven => What the heck is this?
3 Freestay - Criminal mind => Meh
4 Elena Cârstea Muttart – Spinning => Better than first three, but still meh
5 Luminita Anghel – Unique => Kinda interesting compared to first 4 songs, but I don’t like it. Her 2005 entry was better for sure
6 Ovidiu Anton - Run away with me => Not bad, best song of this NF
7 Cezar - It's my life => Not another popera crap please. Is he Krasimir Avramov’s Romanian cousin?
8 Cristian Prăjescu - The best thing in life is to love => Meh
9 Electric Fence – Emilia => Not my cup of tea but it’s interesting at least.
10 Al Mike and Renee Santana - What is love => I heard 1000 other Romanian dance songs better than this.
11 Tudor Turcu – Hello => Bon Jovi’s Romanian talentless cousin? Bad song nonetheless
12 Andrei Leonte – Paralysed => Meh
